delivery times:

Orders are processed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation with Track & Trace.

Not satisfied? No problem. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order to return it, without stating a reason.
How to return?
- Send an email to info@philomijn.com with your order number
- You will receive instructions within 3 working days
- Return the product unused and in its original packaging
- After receipt and inspection, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days

- The product is unused and in original condition
- Return costs are for the customer, unless the product is defective
- Sale items cannot be returned
