Our daily choices are guided by honesty and awareness. The leather we use is a by-product of the meat industry, comes from a small certified tannery in Italy and is vegetable-tanned. This is a slower, more costly process, but it hides nothing: everything that is, is allowed to be and is visible. Every delivery is different, every hide has its own character – softer, coarser or smoother. The organic cotton lining comes from a GOTS-certified supplier. All elements come together in workshops in Brabant. Made here – that really is PHILOMIJN.
